Do I have to register ?
No. There is no
registering process. However, we need some personal data when you are ordering.
We are only using this data to send you the necessary data (e.g. installation
and license data, order confirmation) and to inform you about new products. Your
data of course underlies the Data Privacy Law and will
not be passed on.

do I get the ordered software ?
Upon sending your order
for the selected software product you'll receive an order confirmation via email,
if you provided your correct email address. At the same time a confirmation /
download page
will be displayed, where you'll find the download link. Just click on it.
On request we'll send the software via email.

What do I do, if the
download / sending fails ?
If the download or sending
the software repeatedly fails, please contact us.
We'll contact you to find an alternative solution.

How much mail-space
do I need to get the software sent ?
If you've requested
sending of the ordered software you'll need a minimum of 5 MB of mail-space (memory
for your emails on your email server) on your mail-account, because the
self-extracting EXE-file has the size of 4.8 MB. In order to get the software
sent you've to contact us via email.

Can I catch a virus
during download / sending ?
Yes. In spite of all precautions a
virus attack (e.g. in form of an attachment) can't be excluded. You should check
the files with an updated anti-virus software before the installation.

Which version
is best for me ?
It mainly depends on your
goals and how accurate your analysis should be. If you just want to "smell
into" the round-analysis, the Light-Version NoBogey-EASY
will probably serve you best.
But if you are ambitious and want to achieve something "High" (and low
scores), you got to use the NoBogey-SINGLE
version.
If you want to administrate more players, then NoBogey-TEAM
is the right version for you.
If you just want to document the development of your golfswing then NoBogey-SWING is the perfect tool for you.

How much time
and work do I have to invest into a round-analysis ?
If you want to make a
round-analysis, you must be aware that you have to invest some time and work.
For
recording a round there is no extra time needed. It just takes a little bit of
work that will pay off. This you can do - and this is, what we recommend to do,
due to its positive influence on your mental game - during a round. Use the
numerous breaks, where you have to wait for the other players.
The round input into the computer takes about 15 minutes.
How much time and work you invest into the evaluation of your analysis is
totally up to you or your golf coach.

Does
the software run under Windows® only ?
Yes. The NOBOGEY-Round-Analysis
only runs on Windows® operating systems.

How do I install
the NOBOGEY-Software ?
Before opening the
downloaded or received self-extracting EXE-file you should check it for viruses.
With the software you will also receive the installation data and detailed
installation instructions.

How
long can I use the software without licensing ?
The installation data that
you receive with your order confirmation is valid for 30 days. After 30 days the software cannot be started without the license
data and cannot be installed again. That means the software is like a demo
version until licensed.

What is the difference
between installation data and license data ?
The installation data is
the data you'll receive together with your order confirmation for the
installation of the software.
The license data is your personalized data for the licensing of the software. In
that data is your personal data encoded and can always be associated with you.
These are your unique keys for a better support. Please keep this data private
in a save place (not on your computer) and don't pass it on to other persons.

How and when do I
receive the license data ?
You'll receive your
personalized license data after your payment appears in one of our accounts.

How
do I license the software ?
As long as the software is
not licensed the program will ask every time you start it for the license data.
When you received your license data click onto "Yes" and enter your
data in the appearing dialog. That's all.

What is an extra-license
for ?
With the TEAM-Version of
the NoBogey-Round-Analysis you can administrate as many players as you like. You
have the permission only for that version to install it on a local network
server. But you need for every remote computer that is connected to this network
an extra-license to run the software.

May I install the
NoBogey-SINGLE, -EASY oder -SWING-Version
on a network ?
No. These versions may
only be installed on a single PC, notebook etc. You need a full license for
every computer.

How do I get an
Analysis-Service with a German Round-Analysis ?

"Analysis-Services", log onto the German
site and order the desired package or contact us via
email.

When and how do I get
my score cards for recording a round ?
All of our
Analysis-Services products must be prepaid. We ship them after your payment appears in one of our
accounts. It depends on the mail service and where you are living.

What do I need the customer
number for ?
You'll receive your
customer number together with your invoice and your starting-package. You need this
number for ordering optional analysis products and for sending your recorded
rounds. Furthermore you'll have highest priority on questions and requests if
you present your customer number.

For
what time period can I order an Analysis-Service product ?
It depends on the product.
The "1-Year-Service"
subscription run from the ordering day until the end of the calendar year (December
31st of the same year). You'll get your analysis periodical.
The "Unlimited-Service"
has no time frame. You order an analysis whenever you want.

Do I have to pay the
full price for the 1-Year-Service if I
order it in the middle of the year ?
No. You'll get a reduction
for every expired full month, because you get less in monthly analysis.

Why is the price for
the 1-Year-Service depending on the
yearly amount of rounds ?
This graduation is
necessary, because there is limited space on one piece of paper. That means this
graduation is related to the amount of pages. More pages increase the costs for
material, time and shipment.
So the main reason is to offer the fairest possible price to you!

Do I have to determine
on my yearly amount of rounds in
advance ?
No. By ordering a package
you'll automatically be charged the price for the lowest category (A up
to 32 rounds).
As soon as you reach the next category, you will
receive an invoice for the amount difference of the two categories. The amount
of this invoice is payable within 14 days.

When do I get my 1-Month-Analysis ?
Usually until the middle
of the following month if you sent at least 8 rounds that month. Else you'll
receive a 2-Month-Analysis again usually until the middle of the following month.
It also depends when we receive the last round of that month. Please send the
score cards in time and mark the last round of a month with "Last round of
this month".

When do I get my 1-Year-Analysis ?
Usually in January of the
following year.
But you can get it earlier if you mark the last recorded round you send that
this is the last round of that year and you would like to have the
1-Year-Analysis sent. We'll send the analysis as soon as it is finished.

Can I decide, to
which month a round belongs ?
Yes. Just put a note on
the score card.
E.g. this can happen if you're playing in a 4-days tournament from July 30th to
August 2nd and want the whole tournament to be in the analysis of August.

What is a Single-Round-Analysis
?
This is the complete
analysis of a single round. It includes almost the same analysis as the analysis
of several rounds.

How do I get my
bonus ?
You have 2
options.

How
many times can I get a bonus ?
This is unlimited. For
everyone you "bring" - that means, after we received his payment for
the license - you'll get the bonus. The more friends you "bring" to a
full-version license the higher your bonus will be.

Must I own
a NOBOGEY-License myself ?
No. But it doesn't harm :-)

On which
bank accounts can I receive the bonus ?
You'll need an Austrian or
German bank account to enable a transfer of the bonus free of charges. If your
bank charges for receiving payments you'll be charged that fee.

What
type of PayPal-account should I open ?
It depends what else you have in mind with
that account. Just for receiving your bonus, you'll need an "International Personal Account".
Usually you receive your bonus free of charge. If you also want to use it for
sending money (e.g. if you bought something in an eBay(TM) - auction), you have
to add a credit card to your account.
To receive payments through a credit card you have to open an "International Business Account".
As money receiver you'll be charged a fee (at the moment 2.9%+30cent). Learn

How can I open a free
PayPal-account
?
You'll need your email
address. Just follow this link
for opening a free PayPal-account. Go to "International
Account Registration". Follow the instructions (in English). You'll receive
an email including a link that you must click on to verify your email address.
With your email address and your password you have access to your PayPal-account.
You'll also receive an email with detailed information about your new account.

Is the PayPal-account really
for free ?
There are no fees for
opening and keeping the account. PayPal is mainly living of transaction fees of
business accounts. There is no fee on any type of account for sending money. For
a "Personal Account" there is also no fee for receiving money. There
is only a fee for receiving money in a business account. Learn more about
